What happens to a statement

You uploadThe PDFs go from your browser to the Entrytide server.
Held in memoryFiles are processed in memory and never written to disk.
Read by ClaudeStatement content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to be read and, if you choose, classified.
DeletedResults are deleted from the Entrytide server after 30 minutes.

What Entrytide does

No permanent store of client data: nothing is learned or kept between clients.
Each run uses only the prior-year workbook you upload for that run.
Uploads are checked for file type and size before they are processed.
Job links are long random addresses that can't be guessed, and expire with the job.

What to know before you upload client data

Statement content is processed by Anthropic's Claude API. Review Anthropic's data handling terms to confirm they meet your firm's and your clients' requirements.
Accounts and sign-in are not live yet in this version. Don't use real client data on a public server until they are.
